Hot Toppings Spa Covers

In 2005, we commissioned a customer survey to understand the viability of developing an improved hot tub cover
and going to market with that premise. What we found solidified the mission of a business plan. We discovered
that 63% of hot tub owners are dissatisfied with their covers, and that they are willing to pay more for a better
product. From that resounding start, Hot Toppings, LLC was founded with a simple objective in mind;

"Make a better hot tub cover".

After purchasing a high quality hot tub to finish out my
backyard landscaping project, I was appalled at how poor
the cover was. I unzipped the cover to see how it was made
and what could be "fixed". I concluded that the whole vinyl
and foam design concept was flawed. I spoke with dozens
of other hot tub owners who ALL had similar experiences
with their covers, and that year Hot Toppings, LLC was
born. I am confident that our unique product will help hot
tub owners regain the satisfaction and pleasure in their own
backyard projects.

A graduate of both University of Missouri, Rolla, and Webster
University with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in
Computer Resource Management respectively, Ryan has worked as a
Project Engineer, Manufacturing Design Engineer, IT Systems
Engineer, and as a Client Services Manager at a midwest-based IT
consulting firm. Those varying roles and collective experiences formed
the foundation from which Hot Toppings, LLC was established.
